Understanding Your Account
As a patient, you may receive a separate invoice from ICAN Billing for your anaesthetic or critical care services. These fees are billed independently from your hospital or surgical costs.
What You Should Know:
- Our billing reflects standard private practice rates.
- Where applicable, we submit claims to your medical scheme on your behalf.
- If your scheme does not cover the full amount, you may be required to pay a co-payment.
- In PMB-eligible cases, we assist with scheme submissions and provide necessary documentation such as pathology or imaging reports.
- We manage Workers’ Compensation and third-party claims through a dedicated partner firm.
